Effective June 8, 2020, all visitors to the U.S. Consulate General Amsterdam will be required to wear a face covering. All visitors over the age of 2 will be required to bring a face covering to their appointment in order to receive visa or U.S. citizen services. The Consulate will not provide face coverings and you may be denied entry if you do not bring a covering with you. Please plan ahead. For more information on face coverings including how to make, wear, and wash your face covering visit https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/diy-cloth-face-coverings.html.
We are happy to inform you that we have started to resume routine consular services. Per Department of State guidance however we are currently only able to offer a limited amount of appointment slots for passport services. Please find your specific passport service guidance below.
