U.S. Citizen Services

The U.S. Citizen Services Unit’s assistance includes, but is not limited to: passport services, notary services, and Consular Reports of Births Abroad. The U.S. Consulate General also assists in emergencies, including deaths, arrests and crisis situations.

For U.S. citizens residing or traveling overseas:

The U.S. Citizen Services Unit will not be able to answer questions about visas for the Netherlands or the United States. For visa information for U.S. citizens, please check the State Department Travel Website (Learn about your destination).
