WWII jump boots recovered

In a short ceremony hosted by Ambassador Pete Hoekstra at the U.S. Embassy in The Hague, jump boots belonging to 2nd Lieutenant Frederick Humphrey were returned to the 82nd Airborne Division. Lt.
