Notice on Social Security Walk-in Days (temporarily suspended)
October 20, between 9 AM and 2 PM, the U.S. Consulate General in Amsterdam will schedule appointments for Social Security purposes, in lieu of a Walk-in Day. Priority will be given to applicants over 12 years of age, who need to apply for a Social Security Number.
To request an appointment, you must make sure you have all your questions answered by the Federal Benefit Unit – U.S. Mission Ireland (usembassy.gov).
Then send an e-mail to: ACSAmsterdam@state.gov with the following subject line:
X55 SSN Appointment your first name(s) last name.
There is only a limited number of slots available. Scheduling will be on a first come, first serve basis. Closing date is October 13.
