APPOINTMENT ONLY – TWO CUSTOMERS PER ENTRY – MAX 30 MINUTES APPOINTMENT PER E-MAIL OR PHONE ONLY (FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SLOTS)

TIMES AVAILABLE BETWEEN: 09:00 – 15:00 EACH DAY

ALL COVID GUIDANCE WILL BE FOLLOWED – INCLUDING FACEMASK REQUIREMENT

ID Card will be checked at the gate

Sale instructions:

-We will have three large lots (estimated 20+ items per lot) minimum bid price will be enforced

-We will have 20+ individual lots (item sold per item: example one computer/one chair)

-All Sales are final  (not refund or returns)

-This Auction includes: IT equipment, Furniture, Office Furniture

 

Closed sealed Auction:

-Upon arrival you will sign in and receive a bid sheet

-You can place any bids on any item in the Auction

-Name/Address and Signature is required once you seal your bid sheet (meaning you are

Authorized and responsible for payments if you win the bid(s)

-Bid sheets are opened on the last day of the auction and notifications are sent to each Winners

-Winning bids much be paid within 5 duty days!!

-After Payments have been verified and received the customer can collect the items from the warehouse

-Warehouse will not assist handling or transport of any items won in the Auction

-All items won must be paid for by 16 April 2021

-All items must be picked up by 21 April 2021 – items not picked up are subject to disposal without refund!
